My training experience with Allison is unique in that I am a virtual client. I have been training remotely for over three months. Let me start off by emphasizing that I am so happy that Allison was able to offer personal training virtually, which for me is super convenient and I also get to train with someone I trust and who I know has dedicated her life to living a healthy lifestyle. I, on the other hand, did the opposite of that. I spent the majority of my twenties and thirties not really taking care of my body or paying much attention to it and, of course it finally caught up! Signing up with Allison could not have come at a better time as I recently became very anemic and had other chronic health issues. I knew I had to do something to improve my physical health, but did not know where to start. this is where Allison's health and wellness expertise and ability to actively listen to my health concerns really helped to to create and customize programs to jump- start my fitness journey. On my first session, she thoroughly discussed my fitness goals and current health status. She then designed and customized weekly exercise and resistance training programs while also increasing the level of difficulty based on my current physical capabilities. Her program is not a one size fits all! It is uniquely designed for you in order to optimally help you reach your fitness goals effectively and safely. Her YouTube video instructions are also very easy to follow. I immediately saw positive results as quickly as the first month! I now have more energy and can keep up with my German shepherd on runs and am slowly starting to shed some pounds at a healthy pace. If you are on the fence, don't be! I have been working out with Allison for about a month and a half and have been extremely happy with the results and services athat I have received since I started. Allison is very flexible and accommodating with scheduling times to work out that fit with my schedule during the week and she personalizes my workouts to target the areas that I want to work on. she also will give you a variety of different exercises that you can do at home on your days off if you want.
