Westfold Farm offers four 10 x 10 box stalls in a 30 x 60 fully insulated barn. Three of the stalls would be included in the lease, one as a tack stall. It stays nice and warm in winter and is situated correctly for a lovely breeze all summer. There is also a fully plumbed heated bathroom with hot water!
A steel construction, insulated, 68 x 136 indoor arena with IGK Equestrian's Litestride dust free footing, six large mirrors along one wall and instantly bright LED lighting makes riding during the winter months and in inclement weather a delight.
Our full size sand dressage arena allows you to practice riding tests as they are meant to be ridden. With outdoor lighting you can even ride outside during those beautiful spring and fall evenings when the sun has set, but the weather is still nice.
There is ample space for turn out with two large grass fields and dirt paddocks.
We also have riding fields and access to miles of wooded trails.
